I tried going to System Preferences and turning off iCloud Drive. This morning, I checked and everything was in the same not-working status. I clicked on it to bring up info, and it said it was uploading three files and was at 90k out of 211k. So I went to my Mac and found that in Finder favorites, the same circle icon was there and was only partially filled in. The circle icon that normally fills in like a clock wouldn’t fill in.
